Opera Mississauga's Volunteer Program provides opportunities for members of the community to make personal contributions of time, skills and energy to help the organization to achieve its mission.
Volunteers contribute their skills, talents and knowledge to provide personalized attention to clients, educate the public about the Opera, enable the staff team to concentrate on the work for which they were trained, and allow Opera Mississauga to serve the community in ways that would otherwise not be possible. Volunteers for Opera Mississauga have excellent inter-personal skills, good
judgment, tact, and the ability to think quickly on their feet. They take great pride in their work, value customer service, are courteous and polite. They are a highly valued members of the Opera Mississauga team. Students are encouraged to volunteer and are given flexibility around their study needs.
